Parker is the Founder of Initium Retail Ventures. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of multinational leadership experience in luxury goods, contemporary retail, e-commerce and management consulting. Parker was previously CEO of END. Clothing, a leading UK-based premium streetwear retailer. Prior to END., he was President of Global Operations for LVMH-subsidiary DFS Group in Hong Kong and the former Group CEO of online fashion platform ZALORA. Parker has also held consulting roles for Accenture and Deloitte in the United States, and was a Senior Advisor for McKinsey. Parker received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Management at the University of St Thomas in Minnesota, USA. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Hong Kong Chapter.
